Andy Houts (born June 23, 1965; died February 26, 1997) was a cartoon actor and character actor for U.S. television from 1993 to 1996. He also wrote for "Rocko's Modern Life" and coordinated production for "Rugrats". He died in 1997, shortly before the new season of Rugrats began, of leukemia.
