Carlton "Carl" Ulysses Wheezer is one of Jimmy and Sheen's best friends and a main character whom appears in The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius. He is very similar in appearance to Doppy and is in fact his Earth version of Doppy.

He made a brief appearance in Planet Sheen when Sheen thought, at first sight of Doppy, he was looking at Carl in "Is This Cute?".

Carl appears to be obsessed with llamas as shown in many episodes and has a crush on Judy Neutron, Jimmy's mother. In "Carl Wheezer: Boy Genius", his crush was Elke Elkeberg, his pen pal from Sweden. He appears to love eating food and can eat about any kind of food, even ones that isn't edible. He dislikes lima beans, germs and scary stories. Examples are shown in "I Dream of Jimmy" and "Sleepless in Retroville".
