Dee-Bradley Coltin Baker (born August 31, 1962 Indiana) is an American voice actor. He is best known for his voice-work on animated series and video games such as Codename: Kids Next Door, Phineas and Ferb, Adventure Time with Finn and Jake, American Dad!, Ben 10, Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Halo, Gears of War, Portal 2, Jungle Cubs, and Left 4 Dead.

Baker made his voice-acting debut on Nickelodeon as the voice of Olmec on Legends of the Hidden Temple, a role he reprised for the upcoming made-for-TV movie adaption. He is known for voicing various characters on SpongeBob SquarePants, including Squilliam Fancyson, Bubble Bass, Perch Perkins, and DoodleBob. He is also known as the voices of Appa and Momo on Avatar: The Last Airbender, even reprising the roles for the live-action film The Last Airbender.

In addition, he voiced Wulf and some additional voices on Danny Phantom; Elmer, Binky Abdul, Sanjay, Remy Buxaplenty, the Bronze Kneecap, the Darkness, Bill Gates and Brad Wurst on The Fairly OddParents; Scampers, Chris Chuggy, Mike, Precious Pig, Sprinkles, and the Monster under Fanboy's bed on Fanboy and Chum Chum; Naga on The Legend of Korra; Happy Higgenbottom on The Mighty B!; Mr. Sun on Ni Hao, Kai-Lan; a feral Marlene in The Penguins of Madagascar; Senor Swampy, Turkey, Dolphins, Socko, Newspaper Guy, Nessie, Karl, Momsquatch, Carrot, Seymour, Duck, Tabby, Roccos, Audrey, Snail, Dinosaur in different shorts on Random! Cartoons, including Rainicorn and the Snow Golem in the "Adventure Time" short; Rapidly Balloon on Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!; and various voices on Rugrats and T.U.F.F. Puppy.
