Martin Eugene Mull (born August 18, 1943) is an American actor who has starred in his own television sitcom and acted in prominent films. He is also a comedian, painter, and recording artist. He is a satirist and incorporates his comedic sense into all of his work.
He voiced Dennis Tucker in the The Wild Thornberrys episode "Birthday Quake". Starting with the seventh episode of Danny Phantom, "Bitter Reunions", Mull began voicing the main villain of the series, Vlad Masters, also known as Vlad Plasmius, a man with ghost powers seeking revenge on the world for the accident involving the main character's parents, an incident that gave him his ghost powers.
