A series finale refers to the last installment of an episodic entertainment series, most often the final episode of a television series. It may also refer to a final theatrical sequel, the last part of a television mini-series, the last installment of a literary series, or any final episode.

Hey Arnold!	"The Journal"	Originally aired as an hour-length special on November 11, 2002, the episode was meant to lead in to the events of Hey Arnold!: The Jungle Movie.
The Angry Beavers	"Bye Bye, Beavers"	The episode was never aired due to Norbert and Dagget acknowledging the fact that their show was ending.
CatDog	"Meat Dog's Friends"	Dog finds out that meat comes from animals, which causes him to have a crisis of conscience since his friends are animals.
The Wild Thornberrys	"Eliza Unplugged"	Shane is ready to leave the Thornberrys to go back to his life as a pop star and Eliza has to be fast to tell Shane her true feelings for him before it's too late. But when Shane and Eliza have a little fight and Shane runs away Eliza must find him to make up and tell him her true feelings. Meanwhile, Marianne fears the girls are getting older and she's losing them. When Shane's plane arrives Shane says goodbye to each Thornberry and shares a kiss with Eliza. Eliza watches his plane take off and disappear from sight.
Rocket Power	"The Big Day"	A special hour-length episode.

The Fairly OddParents	"Fancy Schmancy"	Timmy and Chloe's parents do not allow their children to celebrate their "friendaversary" together due to social differences.
Invader Zim	"The Most Horrible X-Mas Ever"	The final episode of the series, and the series' Christmas episode. Was not originally meant to be the series finale, as the series was cancelled midway into its second season.
The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron, Boy Genius	"Lady Sings the News"	The last episode in broadcast order. The League of Villains is the last episode in production order. A fourth season was planned, but scrapped due to DNA Production’s shutdown.
All Grown Up!	"Golden Boy"	It starts out with Lou holding a garage sale outside the Pickles house; Lou gives an old car to Drew and Stu, whereas Didi gets a shredder and starts to go crazy with it. After Lou tells Tommy about a baseball game, Tommy says he has a date with Rachel. So Lou takes Dil instead. Tommy starts to get jealous of Dil. When Lou takes the boys hiking, they start fighting to see who is the best grandson. After Lou fakes to be knocked out, the boys take him back home, feeling sorry for fighting. Later, Stu and Drew destroy the old car and Lou gets mad because it belonged to Elvis Presley. Lou writes the boys a note at the hospital and gives it to them, but Didi shreds it. Later that evening, Tommy pieces the shredded note back together and he and Dil soon discover that Lou's fainting was a prank - the note said "Gotcha."
My Life as a Teenage Robot	"Turncoats"	At the Invention Convention, Professor Wakeman's latest robot goes haywire. Soon after, all the previous XJ models begin to attack as well. It's up to Jenny and Professor Wakeman to find out why.
Danny Phantom	"Phantom Planet"	Vlad concocts a plan to humiliate Danny into hiding, unbeknownst to him that the world will need a hero when an asteroid hurtles toward Earth, threatening not only Earth, but the Ghost Zone as well. Vlad reveals his ghost-half to the entire world in order to gain world domination, but fails. Danny convinces every ghost to turn the whole Earth intangible to save it. Jazz ends up telling her parents Danny's secret after the Fenton jet crashes and they think Danny's inside. Danny reveals his secret to the world, which is accepted with great enthusiasm, gets a statue in the capital of every country, and ends up finally dating Sam.
Avatar: The Last Airbender	"Sozin's Comet"	The four-part series finale of Avatar: The Last Airbender.
Catscratch	"Duck and Cover"	Gordon is afraid of ducks, so Mr. Blik and Waffle set up a wrestling match for him to help him conquer his fear.
El Tigre: The Adventures of Manny Rivera	"No Boots, No Belt, No Brero"	The Rivera family is forced by court order to give up their mystical objects of power until they start acting like a family.
Back at the Barnyard	"Aliens!!!"	While they're planning to create a fake alien news story to scare away Mrs. Beady, Otis accidentally attracts actual space aliens who are bent on conquering Earth.
The Mighty B!	"C'mon Get Happy!"	Bessie and Happy plan to celebrate the anniversary of becoming best friends. However, Bessie keeps nagging Happy to do stuff while Happy just wants to relax. So, Happy then goes to a doggy bar where he meets a girl dog named Roxxy. Meanwhile, Bessie is waiting for Happy to show up at the ceremony. Later that night, Happy and Roxxy come home to see Bessie angry because Happy missed the ceremony. After an argument, Happy leaves Bessie to the airport. Happy then runs into K.G. Bianca who used Roxxy to lore him into the plane. Meanwhile, Bessie is looking for a new best friend but still can't get over the fact that Happy is gone. Then, Bessie finds out that K.G. Bianca stole Happy. So, she rides on a duck and flies to the plane. Bessie then finds Happy tied up and opens the cockpit, sending K.G. Bianca to the ocean. Bessie and Happy makeup and decide to have a quicky-Friendship Ceremony at Las Vegas, ending the series on a happy note.
Fanboy & Chum Chum	"Brain Freeze"	After discovering that the Berry Pink Frosty Freezy Freeze is discontinued, Fanboy and Chum Chum chase Berry down and the duo make the biggest Frosty Freezy Freeze ever, leading into a wild lunitic spree overnight. But when the boys wake up, they forgot everything that happened and even lost their underwear, so they enlist help from their friends while retracing their steps to recover their memory and find their underwear.
T.U.F.F. Puppy	"T.U.F.F. Break Up"	When the citizens of Petropolis no longer appreciate T.U.F.F., Dudley, Kitty, and Keswick quit and find new jobs. But when The Chief is kidnapped by the city's new super villain, The Overbear, the T.U.F.F. team must reunite to save the day, and save Petropolis once and for all.

Sam & Cat	"#GettinWiggy"	Cat accompanies Dice to a job modeling hair for a cover boy magazine photo shoot in Arizona. Sam asks Nona to stay at her apartment while Cat is away and Nona proves to be a dream roommate, by making lavish dinners, doing Sam's laundry, etc. At the magazine shoot, when another boy named Jet is poised to win the coveted cover photo, Cat becomes convinced he is wearing a wig and she tries to blow it off his head with a large fan. Instead, she makes Jet look even better and he is crowned the magazine's new cover boy. Cat tries to rip his wig off, but he is not wearing a wig and Cat gets arrested. Jet has to go to a scalp hospital and Dice gets the cover instead. Dice asks Sam to send Nona down to Arizona to bail Cat out of the police station before she is there for two weeks. Instead, Sam chooses to have Nona stay around for two more weeks while Cat sits in jail during that time.

They create a musical act to make the curtain rise. Every time that they add something new to their act, the curtain goes up a little more, until it is finally showtime.
The Backyardigans	"The Tale of the Not-So-Nice Dragon"	Tasha the Flighty Fairy and Austin the Grabbing Goblin are invited to a tea party at King Pablo's castle. When a monstrous red dragon attacks the kingdom and takes the members of King Pablo's court hostage, Tasha and Austin must save them with the help of Dragon.
Go, Diego, Go!	"Fiercest Animals"	Diego takes Rosita and Martin into the Adventure Cave to tell them all about the five "fiercest" animals he ever rescued.
Wonder Pets!	"Save the Genie!"	The Wonder Pets get a call from a Genie whose lamp has been dented beyond repair. The team flies out to a storybook Arabian desert and rubs the Genie's lamp, setting him free. He thanks the Wonder Pets and grants them each a wish for rescuing him.
The Upside Down Show	"Mini Golf"	David and Shane are baffled when a mysterious orange sphere (a mini golf ball) appears in their living room. At first, they think it is a planet and journey to outer space to return it. An alien explains that planets are much bigger, and the brothers fall back to Earth, accidentally dropping the ball with a pair of playful Schmuzzies. Next, the brothers think the orange thing is an orange fruit, but Mrs. Foil explains how real oranges are very different. David and Shane decide it must be a ball and try to play with it on a basketball court, but it does not bounce. Puppet uses the thing as "Yorick" for a Shakespearean monologue and tells the brothers what it actually is, prompting them to visit the mini golf course, where they play golf with Mrs. Foil.
Ni Hao, Kai-Lan	"Journey to Monkey King Castle"	The Monkey King is having a party and Kai-Lan and her friends help him decorate. However as the preparations begin, the gang tries out some of his things, causing a big mess. Kai-Lan and her friends have to find a way to fix their mess before the Monkey King returns. Originally shown as a double-length episode, generally shown as two parts.
The Fresh Beat Band	"Snow Day"	When the Fresh Beats use a giant blender to make snow for their winter show, they end up covering the entire town. How will they dig their way out of this one? Ice skating, anyone?
Team Umizoomi	"Umi Rescue Copter"	The Team gets a distress call from way out in the ocean. Their friend Danny the Dolphin hurt his tail and can't swim. UmiCar transforms into Umi Rescue Copter and the Team sets out to save Danny and fix his tail.
Dora and Friends: Into the City!	"Shivers the Snowman"	Dora and her friends have to help a snowman called Shiver return with Carolina.
Fresh Beat Band of Spies	"Fresh Beat Babies"	The spies find out that Commissioner Goldstar has been turned into a baby by Squee Z. Dumpkins. Will the band save the day or will the whole town be turned into babies?
Shimmer and Shine	"The Sorcerenie"	Zeta teams up with Shimmer, Shine, Leah, and Princess Samira to stop Uzma from taking all the magic from Zahramay Falls.
Nella the Princess Knight	"Twinkle Twinkle Family Vacation"	Nella's family vacation to Lake Twinkle is jeopardized when a tricky villain makes off with the source of its twinkle.
Sunny Day	"Sunny & The Firework Festival"	The Friendly Falls Fireworks Festival has everyone buzzing. But when Sunny accidentally puts the event in jeopardy, she's got to work with her friends to make things right in time for the big fireworks show. In the end, the Fireworks Festival gets back to normal, and everybody gets to watch the fireworks flying high in the sky.
Butterbean's Café	"Hello, Marma Team!"	When Ms. Marmalady uses magical Marma-Hats to turn the Bean Team into the Marma Team so they can work with Spork and Spatch, Butterbean must save the day before the customers realized that the rest of the Bean Team were parted ways.
Bubble Guppies	"See You Later, Alligator"	When farmers Deema and Goby discover an unusual egg on their farm one morning, they set off on a bayou river adventure in order to find the egg's mother and return the egg before it hatches.
