James Jonah "Jim" Cummings (born November 3, 1952) is an American voice actor who has appeared in almost 100 roles. He did the voices of Winnie the Pooh and Tigger from the Winnie the Pooh media.
For Nickelodeon, he was the voice of Mayor Quadar, Cap'n Betty, and Attila the Hun on The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius, as well as Ultra Lord in the movie (a role he reprised in one episode of the spinoff Planet Sheen), and also Cat on CatDog and Skrawl on ChalkZone.
