Television specials
On occasion, the programs Rugrats and SpongeBob SquarePants aired as marathons during Nick at Nite special events in the 1990s and 2000s. This has also occurred during crossovers with Nickelodeon special programming where the Nickelodeon programming bleeds into the regular Nick at Nite timeslot. As of March 2024, SpongeBob regularly airs on Nick at Nite at 6:30 AM every weekday and weekend mornings from 6:00-7:00 AM. From October 5-November 12, 2021, The Smurfs also regularly aired at 6:30 AM on weekdays.
