Melody & Thad was a sketch on the sketch comedy, The Amanda Show. It appeared in all seasons.

The sketch would involve a duo (played by Amanda Bynes and Drake Bell) who performed songs that were offensive and inappropriate to the occasion. For example, in a restaurant, they sang a song about an unpleasant experience in a different restaurant that included vomiting and snot. Every time, the hostess interrupts their song and tells them that it is rude and they need to sing another song. The group does not understand and then sings another offensive song about restaurants. Melody is known to be a talkative and harsh person, and Thad is known to be a puzzled and crestfallen person playing guitar.
