Ned Bigby (played by Devon Werkheiser) is one of the main characters of Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide.

Ned is the boy with all the answers. Creator and keeper of the 'Middle school survival guide' which students use to help them get through day to day school life. In the episode "Gym", it is revealed that Ned is barefoot.

When Ned was 5 he accidently went into the girl's bathroom. People still make fun of him to this day for it. It was then that he decided to create a guide to prevent the embarressment that happened to him from happening to anyone else.

Ned is a decent enough student and can do well in classes. However he has been known to try an cut corners and laugh at the idea of proper working. In the episode Failing each time someone gave him the option of doing the work and a completely ridiculous option, he chooses the ridiculous option.

He has two friends, Moze and Cookie. He has a crush with Moze since the first episode, but didn't was a relationship very loveness. Later than the last episode of the Season 2, he start to has a big crush with her and in the last episode started dating her.

With Cookie, they many times has rare inventions or plans, and are ever in trouble.
