Rob Paulsen

Robert Fredrick "Rob" Paulsen III (born March 11, 1956), sometimes credited as Rob Paulson, is an American voice actor, best known as the voice of Raphael in the first Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon, Yakko Warner and Dr. Otto Scratchansniff from Animaniacs, Pinky from Pinky and the Brain and Animaniacs, Rev Runner from Loonatics Unleashed, and Throttle from the 1990s and 2006 versions of Biker Mice From Mars. His role as Yakko won him a Daytime Emmy Award for male vocal performance; he won a second for his portrayal of Pinky.

In total, Paulsen has been the voice of over 250 different animated characters and performed in over 1000 commercials. He continues to play minor parts in dozens of cartoons as well as supporting characters in animated movies.

For Nickelodeon, he has voiced a plethora of characters. He voiced Peck on Back at the Barnyard, Carl Wheezer, Mrs. Wheezer, Mr. Wheezer, Skeet from the episode "Men at Work" and Butch Pakovski on The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius and, in the cases of the Wheezers and Butch, the film that preceded it, C.A.L in the episode "Big Time Job" and the "Superparrot" in the episode "Big Time Guru" on Big Time Rush, Hotdog and Hamburger on CatDog, Gordon on Catscratch, Box Ghost, Nicolai Technus, and Jack Fenton on Danny Phantom, Doppy on Planet Sheen, Mark Chang, Happy Peppy Gary, King Grippulon, and Bucky McBadbat on The Fairly OddParents, and Bird Brain on T.U.F.F. Puppy.

Paulsen is the current voice of Donatello in the Nickelodeon Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series, and also reprised his role as the Fred Wolf Films version of Raphael at the end of the episode "The Manhattan Project". He also voices unknown characters on The Legend of Korra, and will be voicing RatRabbit, and the Purple Guy on Sky Rat.
