Scott Fellows (Born on September 28, 1965 - ) is an American television writer and producer. He is officially well-known as the creator and executive producer of Nickelodeon's Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide and Cartoon Network's Johnny Test.

Fellows had been previously working as a staff writer for the second, third and fourth seasons of The Fairly OddParents, including co-writing the first live-action movie, A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow Up, Timmy Turner!; he was even nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Music and Lyrics for his work on Fairly OddParents. Fellows' earlier writing credits also include more or some episodes of Weinerville, U to U, 100 Deeds for Eddie McDowd and the Disney revival of Doug.
