Stephen James "Steve" Borst (born September 7, 1977) is an American television writer and producer who has won two-time Emmy-nominations. He's most known for co-creating Nickelodeon's Breadwinners with Gary "Doodles" DiRaffaele.
He is also known for his work as a writer on Cartoon Network's Teen Titans Go.
His inspiration for the field of animation was CatDog.
